As the successful Digital Marketing & CRM Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:
Earned Media:
* Develop and execute strategies to grow organic visibility and engagement through SEO, social media, and digital PR initiatives.
* Foster relationships with influencers and partners to amplify brand reach and credibility, assisting the marketing team in influencer selection by analyzing audience overlap and engagement.
* Monitor and analyze earned media performance to identify opportunities and optimize impact.
* Track and improve the share of voice (SOV) by benchmarking against competitors and identifying gaps to increase brand prominence.
Owned Media:
* Manage and optimize content for owned channels, including the website, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
* Oversee the CRM database, powered by Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring data integrity and leveraging insights for personalized and effective customer communication.
* Create and maintain content calendars to ensure consistency and alignment with business goals.
* Implement and manage always-on content strategies to maintain continuous engagement and relevance across channels.
CRM Initiatives:
* Lead both B2B and B2C communication strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
* Oversee the launch and management of the loyalty program, ensuring it aligns with overall CRM goals.
* Manage and troubleshoot the sales tool used by medical and sales representatives to take orders, coordinating updates and enhancements with the CRM solution agency.
* Serve as the primary problem-solver for any issues related to the sales tool, ensuring minimal disruptions for field teams.
E-commerce:
* Partner with the Key Account Manager (KAM) to support e-retailer accounts by providing guidance on optimizing digital sales strategies.
* Assist the KAM by analyzing performance data, identifying areas for improvement, and offering recommendations for enhancing e-commerce operations.
* Participate in business reviews with e-retailer clients alongside the KAM to provide digital expertise and strategic input.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of e-commerce activities with broader digital marketing strategies, improving product visibility and customer engagement.
Paid Media:
* Plan and execute paid campaigns across digital channels to drive traffic, conversion, and awareness.
* Monitor paid media performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
* Conduct regular business reviews with the media agency to evaluate performance and refine strategies.
* Collaborate with external agencies when necessary to ensure high-quality execution.
Team Leadership:
* Manage and mentor the Digital Project Manager and the intern, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
* Provide clear direction, feedback, and support to the team while fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.
* Embody a human-centric approach, fostering trust, transparency, and maturity to lead the team effectively and ensure open communication.
KPI Development and Tracking:
* Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital, CRM, and e-commerce initiatives.
* Regularly track and report on KPI progress, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies.
* Use data-driven decision-making to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and customer experience.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
* Act as a central point of contact for all things digital, CRM, and e-commerce, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across departments.
* Collaborate closely with the marketing department for traditional PR efforts while taking full ownership of digital PR and influencer activities.
* Partner with the sales department as the primary contact for the sales app, ensuring alignment between sales tools and digital strategies.
* Work with the product and customer service teams to align strategies and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
As the successful Digital Marketing & CRM Manager, you will have the following requirements:
* At least a Bachelor degree in Marketing or equivalent by experiences
* A strategic thinker with deep expertise in digital marketing, CRM, and e-commerce, who understands how to leverage earned, owned, and paid media.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and experience managing CRM databases and solutions is a plus.
* Strong problem-solving skills with experience troubleshooting and managing digital tools for field teams.
* Expertise in e-commerce platforms and strategies, with the ability to mentor others in digital sales optimization.
* Strong analytical skills with experience in defining and monitoring KPIs to drive data-informed decisions.
* A collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships across departments and lead a team effectively.
* A mature, transparent leader with a human-centric approach, capable of inspiring trust and openness within the team.
* Fluent in Dutch, French & English
