Frank needs extra hands in the kitchen during the
weekend! Main job is to help our kitchenteam of 4 chefs with easy
& moderate tasks like: - cleaning salads & vegetables -
measuring recipes - portionising food for vacuuming - making
moderate recipes (creams, sauces, baking in the oven) - cleaning
the kitchen with the team after the service - receiving orders and
checking - cutting meat (including porc) - knowing our menu and
preparing the dishes - tasting ingrediënts - interested in the
organic & seasonal food we serve! We need: - We're looking for
2 days during the week (can be fix or flexible) - 1 shift during
the week on tuesday (prepping) from 7 till 16h - 1 shift during the
weekend (SAT and/or SUN) in the service doing cold section (8 till
16h) - Around 17 hours per week - English is a must, Dutch/French
is a plus. - We provide you shoes & vest. - experience in
kitchen is a must! Dishwashing is not part of it, you should be
capable of holding a knive! - You need to live in Brussels! - Add a
