Your mission as an HR BP
As a vital member of our growing HR team, youll play a key role in supporting the daily operations
and long term goals of the HR department. Your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring the efficient day to day management, coordination, and follow up of employee
administration in close collaboration with the HR Manager.
Handling administrative tasks related to employee records, payroll processing, and benefits
administration with accuracy and discretion.
Keeping employee documentation up to date from onboarding and offboarding to
managing vacation and sick leave all in line with our HR policies and procedures.
Ensuring compliance with company policies, HR regulations, and local labor laws.
Responding to employee inquiries and providing accurate, timely information regarding HR
policies and processes.
Serving as a point of contact for our Employee Happiness Program, helping to foster a
positive and engaging workplace culture.
Supporting the training administration process, including the preparation and submission of
relevant documentation.
Contributing to HR projects and process improvements, particularly in the areas of HR
automation and personnel administration optimization.
Your profile
Were looking for a motivated and detail oriented HR professional who brings both knowledge and enthusiasm to the table. The ideal candidate will have:
A Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field (a Masters degree is a plus).
Previous experience in HR administration or payroll is an advantage, but not a must.
Solid knowledge of social legislation, labor laws, and HR regulations.
Excellent administrative skills, with a knack for working accurately with figures and data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Fluency in Dutch and a good working knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
An open minded, can do attitude and a positive mindset.
The ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
