We are looking for an Analytical Industrial Lead who is strategic, quality-focused, and collaborative to join our TP&I – Industrialization & Network Planning team, based at our UCB campus located in Braine-l'Alleud, Wallonia, Belgium.
About The Role
You are going to lead the analytical strategy for commercial pharmaceutical products. You will act as the key interface between analytical teams, Regulatory Affairs, and cross-functional teams to ensure analytical readiness, regulatory compliance, and lifecycle management. This is a transversal, non-laboratory role with high strategic impact.
Who You Will Work With
You will collaborate with QC teams, Regulatory Affairs, Development, and other centers of expertise (API, DP, Device). You’ll be part of a diverse and experienced team, working closely with stakeholders across the product lifecycle to ensure analytical excellence and regulatory success.
What You Will Do
* You will define and implement long-term analytical strategies for commercial products.
* You will be responsible for preparing analytical packages for regulatory submissions.
* You will manage transversal projects and interface with QC and regulatory teams.
* You will lead analytical risk assessments and mitigation planning.
* You will support responses to health authority questions post-submission.
* You will contribute to product lifecycle management and global readiness.
Interested?
For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills:
* Master’s or Ph.D. in analytical sciences or related field.
* 5+ years of hands-on experience in analytical labs (QC, or development).
* Experience in regulatory affairs or CMC dossier review is a strong asset.
* Strong project management and transversal collaboration skills.
* Fluent in English; French is a plus for team integration.
* Leadership, autonomy, and a solution-oriented mindset are essential.
