As an ideal candidate, you will be a skilled
Qualified Person (QP)
who is passionate about maintaining drug product quality in a collaborative team setting. If you have strong analytical skills and are comfortable navigating complex regulatory requirements, this position is for you.
* You support the QP in all batch release activities by performing detailed QA reviews of batch documents.
* You issue batch certificates for product release and distribution.
* You perform product release in the system accurately and efficiently.
* You liaise with Vendor Teams and CMOs to resolve document errors and ensure timely release.
* You act as QA contact and deputize on behalf of the QP in product-related quality issues and communications.
* You collaborate with other departments and affiliates to facilitate the drug product and finished goods release process.
* You maintain and report metrics related to batch release activities and provide ad hoc support to VQL on various quality activities.
What are we looking for?
* You have a minimum of
3 years of experience
in QA/QP.
* You possess strong
QP experience
and knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
* You hold eligibility and registration as a
Qualified Person (QP)
in the EU.
* You have strong problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities.
* You have strong
interpersonal and communication skills
, enhancing collaboration in multicultural settings.
* You can work autonomously and are highly organized.
* Being proficient in
English
is essential; French language skills are a plus.
* You have previous experience managing vendors, which is considered an advantage.
* You are familiar with global pharmaceutical regulations and working within multicultural teams.
