Service Leader – Bruxelles
Responsibilities
* Manage a team of ten technicians performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs of elevators in the Brussels region.
* Be responsible for contract management:
o Maintain regular contact with all current and potential clients, aiming to increase loyalty and client satisfaction.
o Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
* Plan and manage the execution of services and repairs.
* Ensure the team receives necessary training and that safety procedures are observed on the field.
Qualifications
* Experience in team management.
* Positive, proactive mindset.
* Ability to set priorities and react to emergency situations.
* Good communication in French; knowledge of English is a plus.
* Commercial awareness and understanding of market and client needs.
* Ambitious and able to develop and communicate a shared ambition.
