Are you a strategic leader with a passion for service excellence and team development? In this role, you will be responsible for implementing the local service strategy, driving sales growth, and building a high-performing team within our Service Division in Antwerp. You will ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director Benelux, you will lead the Belgian service team, ensure compliance with HSE standards, and drive strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery and organizational capability.

Your responsibilities:

* Foster a safe working environment and promote continuous improvement in HSE and integrity performance.

* Lead, inspire, and develop the service team to build a high-performance organization.

* Develop and execute the local service strategy in alignment with global and regional objectives.

* Strengthen customer relationships and support sales initiatives to increase market share.

* Oversee daily service operations to ensure profitable growth and high productivity.

* Drive service excellence through continuous improvement and portfolio expansion.

Your background:

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in the mechanical or maritime industry, ideally in a leadership role within service or technical operations.

* Strong business mindset and a solid understanding of the mechanical and maritime landscape.

* Excellent communication, leadership, customer focus, analytical and problem-solving skills.

* A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration or related work experience.

* Fluent in English, both written and spoken, knowledge of Dutch language is a preference.

* Valid driving license and work permit/VISA for Belgium, where applicable.
