You will be joining CISO in the Identity and Access Management (IDAM) team. IDAM oversees implementing, operating and managing all the access from, to or within the Euroclear IT infrastructure. This helps to ensure that everyone has access to the right resources at the right time for the right reasons – provided in a way which aligns to the increasingly meticulous compliance requirements Euroclear is subject to. Services covered by IDAM include access management, user lifecycle management, privileged access management and recertification, as well as providing delivery and advisory services.

Privileged Access Management (PAM) Product Owner
Drive Security Excellence and Manage Critical Access Solutions
Position Overview
The Privileged Access Management (PAM) Product Owner is responsible for the vision, strategy, and delivery of the organization's privileged access management solutions. This role bridges the gap between business stakeholders, security teams, and technical implementation resources to ensure that privileged access is managed securely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. The PAM Product Owner drives the roadmap and prioritizes features.
Key Responsibilities
Product Vision & Strategy: Define and articulate the vision, roadmap, and strategy for PAM solutions aligned with organizational security objectives and regulatory compliance.
1. Backlog Management: Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, actionable, and delivered in line with business priorities.
2. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business units, IT, cybersecurity, and compliance teams to gather requirements, communicate progress, and manage expectations regarding PAM capabilities.
3. Solution Delivery: Work closely with engineering, operations, and project management teams to deliver PAM features, integrations, and improvements on schedule and within scope.
4. Risk Management: Identify and address risks related to privileged access, working proactively to implement controls and monitor for potential threats.
5. Continuous Improvement: Analyse feedback, usage metrics, and industry trends to enhance PAM processes, user experience, and security posture.
6. Documentation & Training: Ensure accurate documentation of PAM processes and features and facilitate training for end-users and stakeholders.
7. Incident Response: Support investigations and remediation efforts related to privileged account misuse or breaches.
Required Qualifications
8. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).
9. 3+ years of experience in product ownership, cybersecurity, or identity and access management (IDAM).
10. Strong understanding of privileged access management concepts, technologies, and best practices.
11. Experience with PAM solutions (., CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic, or similar tools).
12. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
13. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
14. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (., SOX, PCI DSS, HIPAA) and their impact on access management.
Preferred Qualifications
15. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or vendor-specific PAM certifications.
16. Experience working in Agile environments and using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
17. Background in risk management, audit, or compliance roles.
18. Knowledge of cloud access management and Zero Trust security models.
