Our client is a leading global organization in the aviation and logistics sector currently managing a large-scale digital transformation of their maintenance operations. This role involves supporting the worldwide implementation of a specialized maintenance and engineering system by coordinating global training efforts and internal communication workstreams.
* Coordinate large-scale training programs for over 1,000 users across global entities, including scheduling and resource allocation.
* Manage role-based training paths and oversee train-the-trainer sessions in collaboration with external vendors.
* Execute the global communication plan to ensure consistent messaging and project transparency across international teams.
* Develop high-quality communication materials such as newsletters, program updates, and internal briefings for diverse stakeholders.
* Support the Program Director with general project coordination, documentation, and follow-up on program tasks.
* Act as a program ambassador to promote alignment and a shared sense of purpose across multicultural teams.
What are we looking for?
* You have 3+ years of experience in project support, coordination, or PMO roles within complex, international environments.
* You possess proficiency with
