He/she will play a critical role in the design of these products. /p pTo develop geartrain components of electric propulsion systems in support of functional requirements i.e. Durability, Efficiency, Weight, Cost and NVH behavior. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelopment and Design of Geartrain components: Gears, Shafts, Bearings, Differential, etc. /li liPerform analytical design analysis and verification applying state-of-the-art simulation tools /li liLead the team of design, purchasing and process development for the commodity /li liDesign of Geartrain components in support of functional requirements i.e. Durability, Efficiency, Weight, Cost, NVH /li /ul h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul liMSc or PhD in mechanical engineering /li liStrong in analysis, mechanics, dynamics, NVH and durability simulation. /li liWide knowledge on mechanical solutions to create high loaded components in torque transfer path /li liCAE base knowledge /li liExperience or affinity with Automotive engineering /li /ul h3Preferred Skills And Experience /h3 ul liStrong expertise in analysis and design of geartrain components as part of high loaded torque transfer path /li liProfound experience in Gears, Shafts, bearing gear design and corresponding manufacturing techniques /li liExperience with both analytical and numerical (FEA) simulation techniques/models (MASTA) /li liExperience with CAE methods for stress analysis and lifetime prediction /li liTeamplayer, able to work in a multidisciplinary, international and dynamic environment /li liCAD base knowledge (CREO) /li /ul h3Why join us? /h3 pWe offer you a position as a consultant within the fascinating world of high tech and innovation.
