Our client is looking to hire an IT Architect for Modern Workplace who will play a crucial role in the design of the offices and buildings of the service. The main goal of the assignment is to design and implement a Modern Workplace that perfectly aligns with the needs of the client and its partner organizations.
The IT Architect for Modern Workplace plays a key role in shaping the offices and buildings of the organization. The tasks focus on designing and implementing a Modern Workplace that meets the needs of the organization and its partner organizations, while respecting the autonomy of each organization.
As an IT Architect, you will coordinate work related to:
Building management software that ensures a comfortable and energy-efficient working environment.
Reception areas, dynamic displays, and digital boards that provide relevant information to employees and visitors.
Ergonomically designed workstations equipped with high-quality hardware and access to necessary software tools, tailored to different needs.
Support for daily routines through technologies such as video conferencing systems and digital whiteboards.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree is required.
At least five years of proven experience in IT architecture, with a strong focus on Modern Workplace, end-user solutions, and New Ways of Working (NWOW).
Conceptual technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networking, cloud computing, and cybersecurity, is also necessary.
In-depth knowledge of Modern Workplace applications in Microsoft 365 is essential.
This includes designing flexible workplaces adaptable to different work styles, integrating technologies that support both remote and in-office work, and creating spaces that support various work activities such as meetings, focused work, and collaboration.
You are also expected to have a basic knowledge of project management, including skills in planning, organization, and budget management for coordinating IT projects.
Basic knowledge of project management is also required, including planning and organizational skills for coordinating IT projects, as well as experience with budget management and cost estimation.
This includes effective communication with various stakeholders, from IT teams to end users, and collaboration with diverse teams and (external) organizations to achieve common goals. Analytical skills are needed to analyze data and identify trends and needs.
