Master’s degree or MBA preferred.Experience: 10‑12 years of progressive commercial experience, including senior leadership roles in MedTech, Pharma, or related healthcare industry.Demonstrated ability to lead multi‑country or multi‑market commercial organizations and drive growth, manage P&L performance, and execute strategy in complex environments.Strong track record of influencing senior stakeholders and leading effectively in a matrixed organization.Preferred: Experience across EMEA or international markets, deep understanding of MedTech commercialization models, tenders, and healthcare systems.Strong customer‑centric mindset, strategic thinking, analytical and decision‑making skills, excellent people‑leadership capabilities.Language: Fluent in English; additional European language(s) preferred.Travel: Up to ~30%, primarily within Europe and mid‑size markets.Certifications: Not required; executive leadership or commercial certifications preferred.Benefits and CompensationThe anticipated base pay range for this position is €119,200.00 – €204,355.00.
