We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the direct contact for all customer inquiries in the sales process for the BeNeLux region.

* You will work closely with our field sales team to provide product consultation, order processing, complaints management, and customer data management.

* You will be responsible for researching projects, calculating quotations, and supporting the implementation of construction projects.

* You will maintain up-to-date data in our IT systems (CRM/SAP) to document customer information.

About You
">
We are looking for someone with a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification and professional experience in customer service, ideally in a manufacturing company.

* You should have a strong technical understanding and be fluent in Dutch/Flemish and French, with good English language skills.

* You should be experienced in working with MS Office, SAP, and CRM systems.

* You should have a high level of service orientation, a hands-on mentality, and a structured and independent way of working.
