This will include (non-exhaustive):Preparing financial models (LBO, valuation…)Preparing deal documentation (IM, teaser, dataroom…)Support negotiationsAnalyse, identify and reach out to potential targetsYou will be both analytical as client facing.QualificationsExpectations:Open minded team playerAnalyticalFull proficiency in Excel and other deal software2 to 3 years of relevant professional experienceMaster in Commercial engineering or equivalentAt least 1 level of CFA is a plus
