As the Contracting and Tenders Specialist you will be responsible for managing contracts and tenders with customers across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. You will oversee the full process and closely collaborate with key internal stakeholders. This role is pivotal in ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing pricing strategies, and maximizing revenue opportunities across the company's portfolio. It requires fluent Dutch, English and French. The role is open for a remote or onsite, hybrid set-up with one our office locations in Belgium or the Netherlands.

Essential Responsibilities
* Oversee end-to-end contract processes: drafting, reviewing, evaluating, and finalizing.
* Ensure compliance with regulations, internal policies, and industry standards.
* Maintain a centralized, accurate contract repository.
* Use Vistex for managing pricing, amendments, and expirations.
* Lead the full tender process: from opportunity identification to submission.
* Prepare and negotiate tender documentation and terms.
* Collaborate with internal teams to tailor submissions to customer needs.
* Ensure risk mitigation, compliance, and quality control of all tender documents.
* Standardize tender processes across PDx and support local responses.
* Track wins/losses and competitor pricing insights.
* Identify and correct pricing errors in line with strategy.
* Handle pricing disputes with customers and legal teams.
* Partner with sales, legal, finance, and regulatory teams for contracts, pricing, and tenders.
* Serve as a trusted advisor on all related matters to internal and external stakeholders.
Basic Requirements
* Proven experience in contract management, tender processes, or procurement within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
* Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and quality in documentation and data handling.
* Business-level fluency in Dutch, French, and English is essential.
* Comprehensive understanding of contract law, negotiation strategies, and regulatory frameworks governing pharmaceutical contracts and tenders.
* Analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex data, pricing models, and market trends to support decision-making.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Robust understanding of the pharmaceutical market landscape in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
* Excellent time manager who meets tight deadlines with ability to work under pressure.
