Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end recruitment process for sales-focused roles
Headhunt senior professionals selling:
IT services
Digital transformation solutions
Enterprise software & platforms
Build strong pipelines of candidates with experience in:
Selling complex tech solutions
Working within large IT services companies
Partner with internal stakeholders to define hiring needs
Drive direct sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, networking, headhunting)
Contribute insights on market demand & hiring trends
Ideal Candidate Profile
Seniority: Mid to Senior
Core Experience:
Sales recruitment / executive search
Strong exposure to IT services / tech sales hiring
Languages:

French or
Dutch
You've successfully recruited:
Enterprise sales executives
Complex solution sellers
