De Functie
EssilorLuxottica, wereldleider in optiek, zoekt een Technisch-Commercieel Medewerker Instrumenten (M/V) om het team in België te versterken. Deze mobiele functie plaatst u in het hart van de klantrelatie, met als doel de kwaliteit van onze diensten te waarborgen en bij te dragen aan de commerciële ontwikkeling.
Belangrijkste Taken
1. Installatie en onderhoud van Essilor-instrumenten bij opticiens en oogartsen
2. Opleiding van klanten in het gebruik en onderhoud van de apparatuur
3. Diagnose en reparatie in het kader van service-interventies (SAV)
4. Advies en promotie van producten en diensten om klantentrouw te versterken
5. Interne coördinatie en administratieve opvolging van interventies
6. Logistiek beheer: planning, organisatie en opvolging van voorraden
Gezocht Profiel
7. Talen: Frans en Nederlands; kennis van Engels is een extra troef
8. Opleiding CESS of A2, of gelijkwaardig
9. Ervaring in mobiele service of technische dienstverlening
10. Beheersing van informaticatools en netwerken
11. Rijbewijs vereist (bedrijfsvoertuig is een bestelwagen)
12. Servicegericht, zelfstandig en in staat om klantrelaties te ontwikkelen
13. Pluspunt: ervaring in optiek of biomedische sector
14. Gemakkelijke toegang tot regio’s Ternat/Asse/Dilbeek/Meise is een voordeel
