Job Description:
A true intermediary between the business and the functional analyst. Responsible for the following deliverables:
* Scoping of the need
* Process analysis/documentation as is
* Analysis/documentation process to be
* Data analysis
* Listing and prioritization of pain points/efforts/gains
* Writing business cases
* Writing UAT test cases
* Collaboration in the coordination of UAT tests
* Writing of work
instructions Depending on the evolution of the schedule, intervention on projects / deliverables
Skills:
* Connaissances SAP (IS-U, FI, MM, SD, RACC,..)
* Demonstrable experience in business process development and optimization (BPM)
* Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst
* Proven experience with a modeling tool (MS Visio or Signavio)
* Proven experience with a DSO
* Proven experience in AS IS - TO BE analysis
* Proven experience in data analysis
* Proven experience in writing UAT test cases
* Proven experience in writing Processes/Work Instructions/Operating Procedures
* French
* Participation in projects (waterfall, agile)
* Knowledge of Business Warehouse (BI type)
* Demonstrable experience in requirements analysis
* Proven experience in training design and facilitation
