Role: Customer Success manager

Location: Antwerp (Hybrid working 1 days a week in the office)

About Nexa Legal


Nexa Legal is building an AI assistant for litigation lawyers. We’re growing fast and looking for someone who can become the trusted advisor between our product and our clients, someone who listens deeply, understands how lawyers work, and translates AI into practical workflows that genuinely improve their day-to-day.


You do not need to be a lawyer.


Legal experience is a plus, but what matters most is sharp thinking, curiosity, communication skills, and a strong problem-solving mindset.


This is not a “support” role.


You’ll be at the frontline of AI adoption inside law firms helping clients rethink how they work.


About the Role


As a Customer Success & AI Workflow Consultant, you’ll work directly with law firms to help them adopt and get real value from our AI platform.

You’ll act as a trusted sparring partner for clients: running demos, onboarding teams, improving workflows, identifying opportunities, and helping shape the product as we scale.

What You’ll Do


Client Consulting & Relationship Management

* Build trusted relationships with law firms and legal professionals
* Listen carefully to customer challenges and operational needs
* Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements
* Act as a long-term sparring partner for clients


Onboarding, Training & Adoption

* Deliver onboarding sessions, product demos, workshops, webinars, and trainings
* Guide customers hands-on in using the platform effectively
* Help clients integrate AI into their daily workflows
* Drive product adoption and customer success outcomes


AI Workflow Design

* Translate customer needs into practical AI solutions within the product
* Think proactively about workflows, automation, and efficiency gains
* Identify gaps or missing functionality and communicate them clearly to the product team
* Provide structured product feedback with context, examples, and prioritization


Internal Collaboration

* Work closely with product and leadership teams
* Contribute insights from customer conversations to improve the platform
* Help shape scalable Customer Success processes and best practices as the company grows

* Enjoys being hands-on with customers
* Can quickly turn client needs into:
* Concrete AI solutions
* Valuable product feedback
* Interested in helping build and scale Customer Success as the company xphnsxz grows


Must-Haves


* Fluent in Dutch
* Strong analytical and structured thinking
* Excellent communication skills
* Comfortable with client interaction and presenting to groups
* Affinity with technology and AI

* Experience with SaaS, AI, or B2B software
