You'll be the driving force behind all our recruitment activities, making sure we attract and hire top-tier talent to strengthen our fast-growing SaaS company in the manufacturing space. At Azumuta, we're all about making manufacturing sexy again — and that starts with building a team that's as solid as steel.
What you'll do
* Own the full recruitment cycle: from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to case assignments and offer negotiations. You'll ensure an excellent candidate experience - add something about culture. Add this in the beginning: understand role requirements and recruitment priorities, ensuring alignment on candidate profiles and sourcing strategies.
* Be a trusted partner for Hiring Managers: advising them on recruitment best practices, training them in competency-based interviewing, and supporting them throughout the selection process.
* Drive strategic sourcing initiatives: leverage tools, networks, and partnerships to reach top talent, track market trends, and continuously improve our recruitment strategies.
* Shape our employer brand: collaborate on national & international recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives to position Azumuta as a top place to work.
* Use data to make impact: track and report on recruitment activities, analyze pipeline performance, and share insights that help us grow smarter and faster.

What we're looking for
* At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in SaaS, Tech, or other fast-paced environments. Experience in a recruitment agency but ready to move to in-house recruitment? We'd love to hear from you.
* Strong knowledge of modern recruitment methods and tools, with the curiosity to keep exploring new ones.
* Full competency in using LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing and engagement.
* A process-and results-driven mindset - you know how to manage priorities and deliver high quality hires.
* A builder's mentality: you thrive with autonomy, love turning ideas into reality, and get energy from people and team growth.
* Fluency in English and Dutch (spoken and written). French is a bonus.
* Availability to join us at the Azumuta HQ in Ghent at least 3 days a week, because in our growth phase, collaboration on-site makes all the difference.
