Brussels | Insurance company Role & Responsibilities Reporting directly to the General Counsel, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Legal department. Your key responsibilities include: Proactively managing day-to-day administrative matters (meeting scheduling, agenda coordination, problem-solving) Handling end-to-end administration: leave tracking, invoice processing in SAP Organising meetings, trainings, taking minutes and ensuring timely document signature Maintaining and updating the legal library on the intranet for internal stakeholders Managing legal archives in cooperation with the mailroom Coordinating team buildings and team activities Experience & Skills Bachelor's degree in Office Management or equivalent 5- 10 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within a Big 4, law firm or structured corporate environment Excellent command of MS Word, good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint Solid working knowledge of SAP Highly organised, reliable, xjsrcvq discreet and solution-oriented Languages Fluent in French and Dutch and English Contract Interim with option to permanent or permanent contract Structure & Reporting Legal team of 8 lawyers, 1 Head of, supported by 3 legal administrative assistants Direct reporting line to the General Counsel
