A multinational company with 20,000+ employees globally is entering a new phase of its Workday journey and is hiring a Workday Compensation Consultant to support the configuration and rollout of Advanced Compensation ahead of the next annual review cycle.
Having already implemented HCM, Absence, and Recruiting, the business is now layering in global compensation functionality, with a strong focus on localisation, eligibility configuration, cycle readiness, and stakeholder training.
You’ll join a collaborative HRIS team and work closely with Global Reward and IT leads to ensure the upcoming compensation cycle is delivered on time, with minimal disruption and maximum impact.
Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with Reward, People Ops, and HRBP teams to define global standards while accommodating regional requirements
* Develop documentation, test scripts, and user guides for HR and Reward teams
* Provide post-go-live support and hypercare during the cycle window
* Partner with Workday functional consultants to ensure smooth cross-module integration (HCM, Talent, Security)
* Participate in Workday bi-annual release testing as it relates to Compensation and Reward functionality

* Proven track record of configuring compensation plans, review cycles, bonus programs, and eligibility rules
* Ability to translate Reward strategy into scalable, technically sound Workday configuration
* Familiarity with stakeholder-facing documentation, training sessions, and release testing
* Fluent in English (written and verbal); other European languages a bonus
* Comfortable working across time zones and managing deliverables independently in a remote setup
* Start date: Within 3–6 weeks
* Duration: 3-6 months (open to part-time (3 months) with strong potential to extend into further cycles or support adjacent modules like Performance or Benefits)
* Location: Fully remote from any EU/EEA country
* Engagement: Via limited company, umbrella, or local payroll provider as required
