Nous recherchons un YouTube Channel Manager passionné pour piloter le lancement et le développement d'une nouvelle chaîne YouTube dédiée à la technologie, l'intelligence artificielle et l'innovation. Vous rejoindrez une équipe expérimentée de 10 personnes qui gère avec succès plusieurs chaînes YouTube dans le secteur financier, cumulant plus de abonnés.

Votre mission - En totale autonomie, vous serez responsable de :
Stratégie et ligne éditoriale
* Définir et piloter la stratégie de contenu de la chaîne
* Effectuer une veille technologique quotidienne pour identifier les sujets porteurs
* Développer une ligne éditoriale cohérente et différenciante
* Analyser les tendances du marché et identifier les sujets à fort potentiel viral
Production de contenu
* Rédiger intégralement les scripts de vidéos (format documentaire, faceless)
* Superviser la production complète : voix-off, montage, thumbnails
* Assurer la qualité éditoriale et la rigueur du sourcing
* Développer un storytelling engageant pour des sujets techniques
* Créer et mettre en place des formats originaux et innovants
Gestion opérationnelle
* Planifier et organiser la production de contenu
* Suivre les performances et optimiser la stratégie
* Collaborer avec l'équipe de production (monteurs, graphistes)
* Gérer le calendrier éditorial et respecter les délais de publication
We are looking for a passionate YouTube Channel Manager to lead the launch and development of a new YouTube channel dedicated to technology, artificial intelligence, and innovation. You will join an experienced team of 10 people who successfully manage several YouTube channels in the financial sector, accumulating over 600,000 subscribers.
Important: We are exclusively looking for native French speakers for this position, as our content targets a French-speaking audience and requires a perfect mastery of linguistic and cultural nuances.
Your mission - Completely autonomously, you will be responsible for:
Strategy and editorial line
* Define and drive the content strategy of the channel
* Conduct daily technological monitoring to identify trending topics
* Develop a coherent and differentiating editorial line
* Analyze market trends and identify subjects with high viral potential.
Content Production
* Fully write video scripts (documentary format, faceless)
* Supervise the complete production: voice-over, editing, thumbnails
* Ensure editorial quality and rigorous sourcing
* Develop engaging storytelling for technical subjects
* Create and implement original and innovative formats
Operational Management
* Plan and organize content production
* Monitor performance and optimize strategy
* Collaborate with the production team (editors, graphic designers)
* Manage the editorial calendar and meet publication deadlines

Expérience requise:
* Francophone natif (obligatoire)

* Portfolio démontrant vos capacités rédactionnelles et vos réalisations
* Expertise prouvée dans les domaines tech/IA avec exemples concrets
* Connaissance approfondie des outils d'analyse YouTube et des meilleures pratiques
* Idéalement : expérience en production vidéo documentaire ou éducative
