What you’ll be doing You’ll sit at the intersection of strategy and execution—leading our commercial team, structuring scalable systems, and managing high‑value client relationships. Working cross‑functionally and reporting to the leadership team, your responsibilities will include: Contribute to defining, leading, and executing Tapio’s sales strategy, aligned with our growth objectives; Lead, coach, and develop the Sales team, fostering a culture of performance and collaboration; Identify priority segments and growth levers in collaboration with the Marketing and Product teams; Build and optimize processes, playbooks, and KPIs to structure and scale our sales approach; Actively participate in strategic closings and negotiations with key accounts and partners; Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to define forecasting, pricing, and go‑to‑market strategy ; Contribute to our international expansion strategy, identifying new markets and distribution channels; Represent Tapio within the climate transition ecosystem — at events, conferences, and strategic gatherings. We’re looking for a proactive leader who is analytical and people‑oriented. You have at least 10 years of experience in B2B Sales, including significant team management experience (Head of Sales, Sales Director, or equivalent); You have experience scaling B2B SaaS sales teams ; You master complex sales cycles in SaaS or other high‑value environments (consulting, sustainability, tech); You combine strategic vision and hands‑on execution — you love building as much as doing; You’ve already implemented scalable sales processes and helped grow a team through a scale‑up phase; You arean inspiring leader who knows how to unite, coach, and energize a team; You’re comfortable with data and performance: pipeline, forecast, conversion, churn — you know how to drive by numbers; You arefluent in French, English, and Dutch.
