Job Purpose:
This is a critical senior commercial leadership role with dual responsibility:
SHA Spain – Property Commercial Leadership
Full ownership of commercial performance, sales strategy, and revenue growth for SHA Spain.
EMEA Cluster – Revenue Production
Drive and scale EMEA production across all SHA properties (Spain, Mexico, and future openings), ensuring a unified global sales approach.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
SHA Spain, Commercial Leadership
* Own and drive the full commercial performance of SHA Spain
* Develop and execute a high-impact annual sales strategy
* Expand key segments: luxury leisure, UHNW, corporate wellness, medical referrals, elite sports, and strategic partnerships
* Ensure strong alignment with GM, Revenue, and Contact Center
* Present performance, insights, and opportunities to senior leadership
EMEA Revenue Production
* Own EMEA production across all SHA properties
* Drive both account management excellence and aggressive new business development
* Build and expand strategic partnerships across priority markets
* Lead and maximize performance of regional sales resources
* Ensure seamless coordination with Americas team for global account strategy
Corporate Sales Development
* Scale SHA’s corporate wellness and executive health business across EMEA
* Target: Corporations & executive teams, Family offices & private banks, Luxury brands & partnerships, Sports organizations & high-performance institutions.
* Structure and close long-term, high-value partnerships
* Represent SHA in high-level corporate environments
Market Expansion & Prospection
* Lead entry and expansion in strategic EMEA markets
* Execute targeted roadshows and high-level sales missions
* Represent SHA at key global industry and luxury events
Leadership & Team Development
* Lead SHA Spain Sales team with a high-performance culture
* Hire, coach, and elevate talent
* Drive accountability, execution, and results orientation
Financial Ownership & Performance Management
* Own forecasting, budgeting, segmentation and KPIs
* Drive strong ROI mindset and yield optimization
* Enable data-driven decision-making
Cross-Functional Alignment
* Work closely with:
* Marketing
* Revenue Management
* Contact Center
* Operations
* Medical & Wellness teams
* Ensure full funnel optimization (pipeline → conversion → experience)
Brand Representation
* Act as a senior ambassador of SHA
* Represent the brand across EMEA with credibility, sophistication and alignment with our positioning
* Maintain a strong personal presence in key networks and communities
Job Profile:
Experience
* 10+ years in senior sales leadership roles within luxury hospitality (mandatory)
* Proven track record of delivering sustained, ambitious growth (YOY revenue expansion, market penetration, pipeline build)
* Strong exposure to EMEA markets
* Established network across luxury travel, corporate, UHNW and strategic partners
* Experience in wellness, longevity or health-related propositions is a strong plus
