Now, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us find exceptional talent for our clinics and HQ!
✨ Your Role:
* Attract and source high-quality candidates through a variety of channels.
* Manage end-to-end the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
* Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including employer branding initiatives.
* Work with hiring managers to develop effective job descriptions
* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.
* Promote diversity and inclusion in all recruitment efforts to build a diverse workforce.
* Communicate feedback effectively to applicants.
* Participate in talent acquisition and other people department projects in order to improve people KPIs such as employee satisfaction, turnover rate, retention of talents, dismissal rate, average time for recruitment, cost per hire, etc
* Support the Onboarding & contracting process if needed.
* Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
💡 What You’ll Bring:
* Proven recruitment experience, ideally in a B2C business or a fast-paced startup.
* Must-Have Fluency in Italian and full professional command in English.
* Nice to have any other European language skill.
* Passion for finding and hiring the best talent.
* Expertise in direct sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
