Functional Analyst / Project Manager – Credit – Financial Services
Our financial services client is developing a new portal in the credit domain in collaboration with an external delivery partner.
To represent the organization on the client side and ensure alignment between business, IT, and the external party, they are seeking a Functional Analyst / Project Manager with credit experience to lead requirements and oversee project delivery.
Responsibilities
* Act as the client-side lead for the portal development project.
* Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements related to credit processes.
* Translate credit lifecycle and regulatory requirements into structured functional specifications.
* Manage project scope, planning, milestones, and risk tracking.
* Coordinate with the external development partner and internal stakeholders including credit, risk, compliance, and IT.
* Organize and lead workshops, backlog sessions, and steering meetings.
* Monitor deliverables and ensure alignment with agreed requirements.
* Oversee functional testing activities including SIT and UAT.
* Ensure traceability between requirements and delivered functionality.
* Report project status, risks, and dependencies to senior management.
* Support go-live preparation and handover to operations.
Profile
* Minimum 5 years of experience as Functional Analyst and/or Project Manager in the credit domain services.
* Experience working with external software delivery partners.
* Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in credit environments.
