We are looking for the next difference maker; the Service Account Manager who we expect to make the difference in our value proposition to our customers - someone who is customer-focused, a team player, someone who is not looking for a new employer but a new passion to be part of.
Over de functie As a Service Account manager, you will advise customers for service and maintenance solutions. You maintain long-term relationships with the customers and build partnerships. You think with the customers about the process and work closely with the Service Operations Team to provide the optimal solution.
You will work in a team of professionals, both in Belgium and abroad, to propose the optimal solution to our customers and to share information. You are the link between the customer on the one hand and the office staff on the other, who, among other things, take care of the development of a customized plan and quotation.
The diversity in customers and contacts, the diversity of service solutions and the independence make this job very challenging and varied. You work on challenging projects in an international and growing company.
You report directly to the Director CSS Bene and Country Manager Belgium with whom you have regular contact and consultation moments.

Jouw kwaliteiten
* You have a Bachelor's degree or can look back on an equivalent experience.
* You have at least 6 years of experience in an independent commercial position in a technical and/or logistical environment.
* You are a dynamic personality with strong empathic and communicative skills.
* You stand out through pro-activity and a sense of responsibility.
* You can work autonomously, but you are also a team player.
* You are fluent in English.
