For our region France, Belux, and Maghreb, we are looking for a
Portfolio Marketing Manager
to lead the marketing strategy for our digital software, cloud and IoT portfolio.
You will drive go-to-market execution, support regional launches, and build strong ecosystem partnerships to scale innovative solutions across domains like fire safety, security, and automation.
Tasks:
* Position the portfolio as a key enabler of smarter, more connected, and efficient operations.
* Lead marketing campaigns and ensure market readiness in close collaboration with sales and operations.
* Translate customer needs into value-driven digital services.
* Build and activate ecosystems with strategic partners (cloud, ISVs, integrators) and identify joint go-to-market opportunities.
* Develop strong storytelling around platform capabilities and ecosystem success stories.
* Support sales teams with tools, content, and training
* Collaborate with regional HQ to localize global offerings and provide input for future service development.
* Apply Lean Portfolio Management principles to accelerate launches and support data-driven planning and prioritization.
* Travel regularly across the region to support local teams and ensure strong execution.
Your skills:
* Proven experience in software marketing, platform strategy, or ecosystem development
* Solid understanding of digital technologies and cloud-native architectures
* Familiarity with Lean Portfolio Management or agile marketing practices
* Experience managing software partnerships with cloud providers, ISVs, or tech alliances
* Ability to collaborate across functions and prioritize value delivery
* Strategic marketing mindset with hands-on campaign and partner engagement experience
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in multicultural settings
* Ability to translate technical features into compelling customer value
* Fluent in French and English; Dutch or Arabic is a plus
* Willingness to travel and operate across diverse markets
