Become the (first) in-house expert designer for a major beverage brand in Benelux. You will be in charge of the visual creation and fast, high quality asset production and adaptation, leveraging Gen AI and traditional design tools. You will deliver end to end assets (from concept to print/digital ready masters) and declinations across channels and touchpoints, fully aligned with the Marketing and the Retail Media annual plan for Home (retail/e commerce) and OOH (horeca, leisure, at work). The position is located in Brussel, working closely with Belgian and Dutch team. Responsabilities · Develop Shopper & Retail Media strategy tailored to BNL markets and channel’s specificities o Home - Design and execute shopper and retail media strategy that maximizes impact across key retailers’ digital and physical touchpoints. o Out-of-Home - Initiate and drive the out-of-home shopper strategy, ensuring consistent brand visibility and engagement beyond the retail store. · Asset creation & adaptation: Design master images, PLV, in store materials, displays, digital banners (including animated html5), social & DOOH, and produce country/retailer/channel declinations. · AI enabled production: Pilot and recommend Gen AI tools for image generation. · Workflow setup: Implementation of a logical and efficient files & folders structure. Development of optimized templates aimed at improving efficiency and collaboration. · Retail Media alignment: Translate the Retail Media annual plan into concrete asset packs per channel and retailer. · Ways of working & tooling: Collaborate with IT/Procurement for hardware/software setup and licences. Work with your own hardware & licences. Qualifications 5 years as Designer/Graphist in FMCG/retail media or agency; strong portfolio spanning print, POS/PLV, digital, DOOH. Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma Hands on Gen AI image tools and automation; ability to evaluate tools for creativity, consistency, and rights. Languages: English FR or NL. Excellent project management and stakeholder alignment.
