In this context, we are looking for a Sales Director capable of building, structuring and scaling the commercial organisation, with a natural evolution toward a General Manager role and potential equity participation.

Role & Responsibilities
Your mission Commercial strategy & development You will take over and expand relationships with major national distribution chains.
Working directly with the shareholders, you will:
6. define and execute the commercial strategy
7. identify new market segments and distribution channels
8. strengthen the national presence of the brands in the portfolio
Structuring the commercial organisation You will be responsible for building the sales organisation of the future:
9. recruiting and developing the field sales team
10. implementing structured sales processes
11. introducing CRM and performance tracking tools
12. driving KPIs and reporting to group leadership
Partnerships & market positioning You will act as a key counterpart for:
13. the international brands represented in the portfolio
14. procurement decision-makers within major retail and distribution groups
Your objective: expand the company’s footprint and influence across the Belgian market.

Relevant sectors may include:

Someone who:

Languages: Fluent French and Dutch are essential - Level C
