Established in 1889, this American group employs nearly 5,000 people. More information ln our website. The European headquarters are located at Axis Parc in Mont-Saint-Guibert / Louvain-la-Neuve. As a Sales & Distribution Center, it manages business development and follow-up across the EMEA region (35 employees). You will join the Customer Service team (15 people). As an Inside Sales Representative, you serve as a liaison between European customers and the Group, providing full account management and global assistance. This means getting to know each customer's needs, assessing their requirements, and identifying solutions to issues such as scheduling and planning, inventory, pricing, forecasting, and specification interpretation. You ensure coordination between European customers and the U.S. headquarters. You act as a key point of contact for European B2B customers. You ensure the smooth running of existing activities and contribute to the development of future business with both current and new customers. You handle a wide range of tasks, from order entry and inventory management to preparing commercial offers, solving problems, logistics, and, to some extent, technical support. You facilitate product sales and support commercial efforts, including informing prospective customers about new product launches. You work closely with sales representatives to support the achievement of sales opportunities. Bachelor's or Master's degree. At least 4 to 5 years of proven experience in an Inside Sales Representative or customer relations role. Excellent command of English. French and/or German are assets. Knowledge of SAP or another ERP system is a plus. Strong interest in customer satisfaction and sales support. Results-oriented, able to break down complex problems into manageable tasks. Skilled at multitasking, setting priorities, and managing time effectively. Highly motivated with a proactive and positive attitude. Strong learning abilities. Team spirit.
