* Maintain and update contact databases (HubSpot, Microsoft Admin Center, Azure).
* Update website and members-area content.
* Answer staff and stakeholder queries.
* Support daily coordination: schedules, tasks, documentation.
* Assist with project communication, reporting, and administrative needs.
* Act as contact for IT service provider.
* Manage licences, equipment, inventory, and basic troubleshooting.
* Schedule virtual/onsite meetings and handle room bookings.
* Support hybrid events (Teams, Zoom, Webex, etc.).
* Assist with participant lists, badges, and logistics.
* Bilingual English/French; another EU language is a plus.
* Recent graduate with experience in IT topics.
* Strong computer skills and familiarity with databases.
* Organised, proactive, and able to multitask.
* Team‑oriented, flexible.
