The roleAs a Senior Analyst in Total Rewards (Benefits Delivery), you will play a key role in supporting the integration of newly acquired entities across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will ensure a smooth and accurate transition of employee benefits, working closely with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver a consistent and high-quality employee experience.
Key responsibilitiesCoordinate the operational integration of employee populations following acquisitions, ensuring compliance and alignment with regional benefits standardsManage and support third-party vendor onboarding and assessment processes, ensuring adherence to strict privacy and security requirementsAct as a key point of contact between payroll, shared services, HR teams, and local stakeholders to resolve complex employee queriesAnalyze benefits data (utilization, costs, trends) and translate insights into clear recommendations for decision-makingSupport the development and delivery of employee communications to enhance understanding and engagement with benefits programs
Your profileExperience in benefits administration, compensation & benefits, or HR operationsStrong stakeholder management skills and ability to work across international teamsAnalytical mindset with advanced Excel skills and experience handling large datasetsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple prioritiesExperience working with external vendors and managing contracts is a plusFamiliarity with Workday is an advantageBachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
