As this position is essential for the future development and succes of this company, the following responsibilities are crucial:
-Lead, manage and develop the Benelux organization (Sales, Admin, HR, Support).
-Define and execute the regional business strategy aligned with the Group’s overall vision.
-Manage the regional P&L and ensure sustainable profitability and growth.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, installers, architects, and distributors.
-Drive commercial performance and explore new market opportunities, especially in digital and smart access solutions.
-Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines, reporting standards, and operational excellence.
-Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer-centricity.
-Represent the company at key industry events, trade shows, and with relevant professional associations.
Profil
The following requirements are absolute must-haves:
-You currently live in one of the following provinces: Oost-VLaanderen, Antwerpen, Vlaams Brabant, Brussel, Limburg.
-You had a stable career, and can prove excellent commercial results.
-You're fluent in Dutch, French and English.
-You have experience as a general manager/ country manager/ business unit manager/ Sales director / Sales manager/ or related function with a similar scope.
-You have experience within the building technology, electro-technical, or construction sector.
-You have experience with distribution, installers or architects as customers.
-You have experience with leading teams, and can prove improvements in their performance.
