Service DescriptionThe Citrix System Engineer will join the Group Server Team - Windows, a team of 6 professionals.This is an operator-level role (not an architect position), focused primarily on the daily operational management of Windows and Citrix environments.Scope of Responsibilities80% Windows – 20% CitrixProvide second-level support, handling incidents escalated from the helpdesk.Investigate user issues and infrastructure-related problems.Ensure operational stability and troubleshoot incidents across Citrix and Windows Server environments.Maintain a highly available, secure, and stable server infrastructure.Collaborate closely with team members to ensure service continuity and quality.
