They excel at translating complex market needs into clear business and functional designs.
Strong Stakeholder Engagement
Experienced in facilitating workshops, guiding T/DSOs and flexibility suppliers, and coordinating integration efforts in federal market contexts.
Certified in Scrum Product Owner, ITIL Foundation, and PRINCE2 Foundation.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the development and optimisation of MIG Flex processes and documentation
Translating flexibility market requirements into actionable business and functional designs
Leading workshops with T/DSOs, flexibility suppliers, and regulators to validate solutions
Assisting with testing, change documentation, and quality assurance
Ensuring alignment with related market domains such as Structure, Measure, and Settle
