To sustain our growth and complete our dynamic Payroll team, ALTEN Belgium is actively looking for a trilingual Dutch/French/English “Payroll Officer Team Leader”.

Description
You will be the key contact person concerning Payroll related matters within the organization.
Your main tasks will be the following:
* Manage the salaries from A to Z and impute the changes in payroll sticking to a well organized planning & deadlines. This means a.o. collecting employee payroll data to prepare the salary payments (contractual terms, personal data, absence, etc.), verifying the compliance of the data between systems and analyze salary simulations through reporting (with help of social secretariat).
* Manage exceptional payments, increases and bonuses
* Control the compliance between Payroll activities, work contracts and Business requests
* Collaborate with other departments for data reconciliations (HR, accounting and finance)
* Handle more complex payroll activities such as, R&D relief, inpatriates regime, secondments of employees, etc.
* Contact person with our payroll suppliers (Social Secretariat, fiscal cabinet, etc.)
* Contact person for any questions related to payments, taxation, social security, or any kind of HR topic having an influence on the salary.
* Work on transversal topics, to seek continuous improvement and salary optimisation.
* Provide salary simulations / exit simulations
* Verify general compliance with internal processes and legal requirements
YOUR PROFILE
* Trilingual Dutch/French/English
* You hold a Bachelor Degree in Administration/HR or Master degree in HR /social law
* You have a minimum of 4 years experience in Payroll
* Good knowledge of Belgian Social legislation
* Good knowledge of Excel
* A first experience with the Acerta Connect Software is a plus
