About the Role
We’re looking for an energetic and detail-oriented E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Intern to support our growing digital business. You will assist in managing and optimizing our website, enhancing merchandising, supporting SEO initiatives, and playing a key role in email and SMS marketing campaigns. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, digital-first beauty brand with global reach.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the e-commerce team in updating product categories, pricing, and promotional banners.
* Ensure accuracy and consistency across all product listings.
* Assist in monitoring daily merchandising activities including homepage updates, collection curation, and seasonal launches.
* Coordinate with the marketing team to align on strategy and visual content.
* Leverage tools like Google Analytics and Shopify reports to track site performance and sales metrics.
* Help identify key trends and areas of opportunity for optimization.
* Support implementation of on-page SEO strategies (keyword placement, meta updates, image alt tags).
* Help with audits to ensure content meets SEO best practices.
* Strong focus on Klaviyo: Assist in the creation, scheduling, and performance tracking of newsletters and SMS campaigns.
* Help segment audiences and build flows for optimized customer journeys.
Requirements and Skills
* Enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
* Professional proficiency in English is a must. French, Italian, and Spanish are a plus. Multilingual candidates will support localized content and communication.
* Experience with or strong interest in email marketing — Klaviyo experience is a plus.
* Familiarity with Shopify, Google Analytics, or similar e-commerce tools is a plus.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Positive, proactive attitude and team player.
* Passion for digital marketing, e-commerce, and the beauty industry.
