Your new company Our client is an innovative company in the health technology sector, specializing in the development of advanced medical solutions. Your new role This role combines strategic sourcing, procurement, and production planning to ensure a seamless flow of materials supporting production, customer demand, and inventory goals. You will work closely with suppliers, manufacturing, logistics, engineering, sales, and quality teams. Planning & Coordination - Develop and maintain supply and production plans based on forecasts and business needs - Execute MRP runs and manage timely procurement of raw materials and components - Optimize inventory levels and align supply plans with production schedules - Coordinate closely with manufacturing, engineering, and sales to ensure alignment between supply, production, and customer demand. Procurement & Vendor Management - Manage purchase orders and supplier relationships - Negotiate lead times, pricing, and delivery schedules - Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards - Support new product introductions and indirect procurement processes. Data & Reporting - Maintain accurate ERP data and analyze key supply chain KPIs - Contribute to S&OP activities and continuous improvement initiatives. Your profile Required - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field - 3–5 years of experience in a Buyer/Planner or similar role - At least 2 years of experience in people management - Proficiency with MRP/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) - Strong Excel and data analysis skills. Preferred - Experience in regulated industries (medical devices, pharma, aerospace). - Familiarity with GMP, GDP, and ISO standards. - APICS/CPIM certification is a plus. - Experience with international suppliers and freight forwarders.
