We are looking for a Warehouse Manager for an international furniture company near Deerlijk.
Job Responsibilities:
* Coordinate incoming and outgoing goods traffic
* Lead and coach a team of warehouse employees
* Ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the warehouse
* Maintain safety regulations and warehouse infrastructure
* Optimize warehouse processes
* Manage inventory
Candidate Profile:
* Experience as Warehouse Manager or similar role
* Strong communication and administrative skills
* Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
* Experience leading a team
* Knowledge of ERP systems
* Motivational leadership style
