Your Role:

Under the supervision of the Trade Marketing Manager OOH, we offer you a unique opportunity to join our sales team based in Braine-l'Alleud (+/- 30km from Brussels) to strengthen the Out of Home department. The VIE period lasts a minimum of 12 months starting from July 2026.

You will work within a dynamic and innovative team. Our Bel Foodservice division is dedicated to professionals from collective catering (school restaurants, hospitals, retirement homes...) and commercial catering (QSR, FSR…). Your role is to provide Bel Foodservice clients with clear product information, effective communication and promotion, and encourage them to activate our products. Become the internal and external spokesperson of Bel Foodservice for products and promotion.

Your missions:

TRADE MARKETING:

1. Management of the execution of the national promotional plan with OOH distributors in collaboration with our marketing agencies for the creation of PRINT & DIGITAL assets
2. Creation of communication tools and sales supports (resale arguments, catalogs, recipe sheets, POS…)
3. Implementation of recruitment and loyalty actions for retirement homes: based on identified targets, deployment of specific actions (emailing campaigns, participation in trade fairs, brochure creation…)
4. Development of POS materials aimed at clients from commercial catering as well as participation in the implementation and follow-up of the digital plan (newsletters, website updates, tracking of indicators…)

BRAND MANAGEMENT / INNOVATION:

5. Acting as a real project manager for product development and innovation projects for 2026-2028 in close collaboration with our transversal teams (R&D, global, supply, factories…) from pre-exploration to market launch in Belgium.
6. Participation in the execution of the strategic medium & long-term annual marketing plan defining the strategic axes for offer deployment and associated activations
7. Regular follow-up of the performance of our product ranges (portions & ingredients) with the implementation of action plans
8. Support for market studies/category monitoring in collective and commercial catering segments. You will work in a little-documented environment where constructing a monthly review will be necessary to better understand the drivers and trends of the Foodservice market.

E-COMMERCE & DIGITAL:

9. Optimization of the referencing & visibility of our portions & ingredients ranges on distributors' e-commerce platforms
10. Management of the CRM tool through the implementation of digital marketing campaigns
11. Regular updates of the Bel Foodservice BE website (product sheets, recipes, news...)

OTHER MISSIONS:

12. Preparation and coordination of the OOH team’s presence at professional events such as trade fairs, seminars, inspirational sessions…
13. Support in preparing business reviews with our OOH key accounts
14. Monitoring the marketing budget A&P

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in organization, initiative-taking, autonomy, and creativity

Profile sought:

15. You ideally already have some experience in the FMCG sector
16. You are dynamic, agile, and eager to work with a growing team and transversal collaborators (commercial strategy, marketing, supply chain, finance…)
17. You are detail-oriented, creative, have good interpersonal skills, and a team spirit
18. You are bilingual (EN and FR), Dutch is a strong asset
