Tasks
* Define and execute sourcing strategies for Transport & Distribution categories.
* Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, including RFPs and supplier selection.
* Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and supply continuity.
* Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and competitive intelligence.
* Lead commercial negotiations and develop appropriate commercial models.
* Negotiate and manage Master Agreements throughout their lifecycle.
* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement sourcing strategies.
* Develop business cases, including make-versus-buy analyses.
* Integrate risk management, compliance, and sustainability into sourcing activities.
Profile
* You have at least 5 years of experience in procurement or category management roles.
* You have previous experience within the pharmaceutical industry
* You possess strong knowledge of sourcing and negotiation strategies
* You are skilled at contract management
* You are an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
* You display flexibility and adaptability in response to changing regulations and market conditions.
* You are fluent in English.
* French is a plus.
