The Quality Assurance / Food Safety Officer is responsible for ensuring that products and production processes comply with established quality standards and food safety regulations. This role involves monitoring production environments, conducting audits, managing quality documentation, and promoting a strong culture of hygiene and compliance across the organization.
The position requires close collaboration with production teams and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent product quality while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Quality Control & Food Safety
Conduct regular hygiene inspections and quality checks within production environments.
Quality Systems & Compliance
Develop and update quality procedures and work instructions.
Monitor compliance with internal quality policies and procedures.
Participate in and manage quality improvement projects.
Support root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives.
Oversee specific quality programs such as pest control monitoring.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Biochemistry, Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Ideally 1–3 years of experience in quality assurance, food safety, or quality control within the food or manufacturing industry.
