We currently have a vacancy for a Senior DevSecOps Engineer fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on-site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.
Your tasks
* Work within the agile process and is the final authority for decisions regarding priority, business value, and functionality for all the work done by the agile development team;
* Typically supervise several business analysts;
* Interact and validate requirements with the business;
* Propose solutions by combining IT tools and business process refactoring or improvements based on an in-depth understanding of a specific business domain;
* Create, maintain, prioritize, and sequence the product backlog based on business value or return of investment;
* Create user stories and acceptance tests from themes and feature granular enough for a single sprint;
* Participate in project planning, daily stand-up meetings (SCRUM);
* Organize live demonstration of the product at the end of the sprint;
* Develop and maintains standards for testing;
* Assist with internal and external communication by improving of transparency and dissemination of information;
* Assist with prioritisation and resolution of defects / bugs.
Requirements
* University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 17 years;
* Experience with large, enterprise-level multi-user Information Systems;
* Experience in Agile;
* Good knowledge of agile toolbox (i.e. JIRA, Confluence, Figma, etc.);
* Good knowledge of Application Management Lifecycle;
* Good knowledge of IT architecture, webservice, API, data exchanges;
* Good knowledge of BPMN;
* Minimum 4 years of working experience with Data Modelling;
* Minimum 4 years of working experience with UML;
* Minimum 4 years of working experience with Scrum;
* One of the following certifications is mandatory for the performance of tasks: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), SAFe Product Owner or equivalent;
* Excellent command of the English language.
