About the role
This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between research and development activities and commercial production processes. The position involves working on projects that transition new molecules from laboratory development to commercial manufacturing. The successful candidate will be part of a team that emphasizes collaboration and innovation to prepare for future products and processes.
Key responsibilities
* Prepare and execute testing during commissioning and qualification of new equipment
* Design new processes and equipment
* Identify, evaluate, and implement technical improvement projects
* Provide technical support in mechanical, electrical, and automation areas during complex investigations or malfunctions
* Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments and external parties
About you
* Possess a hands-on engineering mindset with a strong affinity for technical aspects
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with engineers, operators, and technicians
* Demonstrate analytical skills and flexibility in a dynamic environment
* Exhibit a strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability
* Fluency in both Dutch and English is a must
