Host/Hostess - Bilingual (FR/ENG)

Key Responsibilities
As a Host/Hostess, you are the first point of contact between the GIOLABS Museum and its visitors. A true ambassador for the Museum, you ensure a warm, professional, and efficient welcome, while guaranteeing a high-quality customer experience.
Your main duties and activities include:
* Welcoming, guiding, and informing visitors with courtesy, professionalism, and availability.
* Providing information to the public about brands, opening hours, current events, and the various services of the center.
* Managing ticket sales for activities offered on-site (museums, public events, etc.).
* Managing access to Business Center rooms via SALTO electronic keys, and assisting clients if necessary.
* Overseeing the reception desk: answering phone calls, processing emails, and relaying messages.
* Handling lost and found items and liaising with the security department if needed.
* Participating in the organization and setup of commercial and event animations.
* Distributing communication materials (maps, brochures, programs, etc.) to visitors.
* Ensuring the preservation and promotion of a positive and welcoming image of GRIDX at all times.
* Occasionally, managing the welcome, sales, and daily operations of on-site merchandising product sales points.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Technical and/or professional training in reception, assistance, secretarial work, or services.
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or in hospitality, events, retail, or customer relations.
* Mandatory proficiency in French and English.
* Proficiency in basic office tools (email, Excel, Word).
* Excellent presentation, sense of service, and hospitality.
* Good elocution and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously with calm and efficiency.
* Knowledge of other languages (German, Portuguese, etc.) is a plus.
* Proficiency in ticketing tools (electronic ticketing, event reservation management, etc.) is a plus.
* Experience with room booking software is a plus.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Strong sense of service and hospitality.
