Senior Fund Lawyer – Prestigious Law Firm, Low Turnover
We are pleased to present a new opportunity within a reputable law firm, well‑established both in Luxembourg and internationally.
The firm comprises around 50 lawyers and is known for fostering strong communication and effective teamwork, contributing to excellent cohesion within the team.
Our client provides a broad range of legal services, including Corporate M&A, Banking & Finance, Investment Funds, Tax, and Dispute Resolution. Thanks to its high standards and longstanding expertise, the firm has developed a prestigious and loyal client base, including both local and international clients, who bring intellectually stimulating and diverse cases.
Despite the dynamic and challenging nature of the work, the firm places strong emphasis on work‑life balance, with lower‑than‑average billable hour targets. The management fosters a culture of trust and autonomy, which results in high flexibility regarding daily organization and case handling.
Responsibilities
* Review, draft, and negotiate various legal documents, including agreements, contracts, legal opinions, and structuring/restructuring documentation.
* Supervise and support junior team members, providing guidance and training on key aspects of their work.
* Actively participate in marketing and business development initiatives.
* Involve in regulatory aspects of investment funds as part of day‑to‑day responsibilities.
Profile and Career Path
* Have at least 5 years of experience as a fund lawyer in Luxembourg.
* Fluent in French and English.
* Proactive and organized, efficiently meeting important deadlines and managing workload.
* Possess excellent communication skills, essential for building strong client relationships and fostering teamwork.
