Join a dynamic Corporate IT team and contribute to key IT operations and support activities in an international environment.
Your responsibilities
Support the Corporate IT team on daily operations and projects
Track Azure budgets and help implement cost-saving initiatives
Monitor ticket quality and SLAs for Cloud and Onsite providers
Provide end-user and VIP support (floorwalking, IT assistance, video conferences)
Assist with Facilities Management (IT-related tasks, testing, go-live, and aftercare)
Your profile
1-3 years of experience in Corporate IT with Microsoft Cloud
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office & SharePoint (Azure is a plus)
Experience supporting VIP users and managing video conference setups
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Fluent in English, excellent communication and organizational skills
