As a Customer Development Executive, you are responsible for driving growth within Corilus's existing customer base of healthcare professionals. You work closely with established clients, acting as a trusted commercial partner, combining consultative selling with a strong understanding of medical workflows to maximize value, adoption, and long term revenue

Challenge?

1. Managing and developing a portfolio of existing healthcare professional customers such as GPs, nurses, physiotherapists, and dentists.
2. Identifying and executing upsell and cross sell opportunities across the Corilus software portfolio.
3. Translating customer needs and practice workflows into tailored account growth strategies.
4. Achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets for customer expansion.
5. Acting as the main point of contact for strategic discussions around software optimization and expansion.
6. Presenting and demonstrating additional modules and features, clearly articulating ROI and business value.
7. Maintaining accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting in CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
8. Collaborating closely with acquisition, customer success, implementation, marketing, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
9. Providing structured customer feedback and market insights to product and development teams.

Profile?

10. Experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer development roles.
11. Proven ability to grow existing accounts through upsell and cross sell activities.
12. Strong consultative selling skills with a customer focused mindset.
13. Affinity with software solutions and the ability to translate technical features into business value.
14. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship building skills.
15. Structured and organized, with a strong focus on results and follow up.
16. Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with internal teams.
17. Experience in healthcare, medical software, or SaaS is a plus, but not required.
18. Fluent in Dutch and English, knowledge of French is a plus.
